ACE Water Spa | Lee Hak Buffet Restaurant

Last March, my family and I went to ACE Water Spa to use my BDJ coupon from my Belle De Jour Power Planner #PerksOfaBella. We've been longing to have an out of town trip for a vacation, but we also didn't want to travel 3-4 hours just to get there since having a toddler with you on a road trip would be very exhausting (trust me). So, we opted to have a semi-staycation instead at ACE Water Spa since it's also just near the place where I used to live.

We went there on a Monday morning to avoid the crowd. We just rode a UV express going to Megamall and got off at Kapitolyo, Pasig. From there, we rode a tricycle going to Brixton Street.

Upon arriving, we quickly did a photo op in front of it. ;) *Which took a lot of time (and shots... and patience) because of the baby bear...

They even have this cute Instagram frame. :)

Normally, their rate is P550/adult and P250/kid, but since I have a Buy 1 Take 1 coupon from BDJ, we only paid P550 for us two. Unfortunately, I didn't know beforehand that they have a different rate for kids, that's why I bought a deal from Metrodeal that costs P385 for the babybear. *boo hoo

Their space is quite smaller than I expected. As you can see, their Coffee Lounge is just near the reception area.

And in front of it are the pools.

Also, a tip if you have a kid with you who still isn't potty-trained, you'll need to bring a swim diaper. If you didn't, like we did, don't fret because disposable swim diapers are available at the reception area (I don't remember the cost though). Re-usable swim diapers are also available at SM Department stores, and in other malls probably, just not sure about the disposable ones.

After paying, they gave us two keys for our lockers.

They have clean and very well-maintained facilities.

Find Fritzie!
The changing/locker/shower rooms.

Before proceeding to the locker area, you will need to remove your shoes/slippers and put them in a shoe rack. A shower cap, soap and shampoo is also readily available for you to use inside.

Cameras are not allowed inside (for privacy), BUT first, lemme take a selfie hehe.

Oha! Say hi to my pimple! LOL

We had so much fun using their pool facilities. The Hydrotherapy massage did wonders on my back. I also love that the water temperature on their pools, very relaxing. My favorite among their pool facilities is the Lazy River. Just floating there with my eyes closed while the current takes me. *I know its for kids, but what the heck, I really enjoyed it. Hehe.

Here are the list of pool facilities that they have:

Quick photo op again before leaving!

Sayang blurred! :(
After our ACE Water Spa experience, we went to Lee Hak Buffet Restaurant to eat lunch.  Their buffet section is located at the second floor of their restaurant. They have grills on the table for you to cook on, or if your feeling lazy, you can ask their chef to cook it for you, FREE of charge. :)

Here's what we had:

From all that we had, I really liked their dumplings, Bangus (something, forgot what it was called, meh), and Pork Sinigang. I was keen on trying out their grilled meat (Korean BBQ) but it was not that good. You see, my husband chose the meats to be cooked and let their chef prepare it for us, but when it got on our table, it seems like all of the meats (cuts rather) are the same. They're okay but we grew tired of its taste, you know... umay (even if eaten with their sauces). I think its better if you cook it yourself. Also, they only have a few selections of food compared to Cabalen (which is closer to their price rate).

They also serve drinks (juices and water with Lemons) that's included in the P329/head charge. I just wish they have bigger glasses though, so that we don't have to "always" go back to their drinks station. If you prefer having carbonated drinks and alcoholic beverages, they also have it (with additional charge).

Sadly, they don't have a dessert station included in their buffet, but they do sell varieties of Korean ice creams.
