Justice. League. Nuff Said

With “No Kryptonians” and “No Lanterns”, will you let this world fall? Or will you Join the League?

Before the most anticipated movie hit the theaters, Pacific Licensing Studio, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and SM Supermalls, launched DC’s greatest super heroes, Justice League, last October 14, 2017 at The Block SM City North EDSA.

Aside from Superman and Batman, the launch presented the league’s other stalwart members such as: Wonder Woman,  the Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman.

The organizers also introduced the Justice League app where we can download and interact with various activities prepared by the event’s partner stores and establishments. They also announced the upcoming Justice League Fun Run to be held in Cebu and Manila on November 19, 2017 and November 25, 2017 respectively

At the event, Penshoppe rocked the runway with its new and limited Justice League collection while SM’s Boys Teen’s Wear featured the latest JL’s sleek fashion styles.

Collectors’ expo and retail outlets (New Era, SilverWorks, etc.) sizzled the crowd while a great deal of JL premium merchandise are up for grabs for all mall goers.

Cosplayers impressed the audience with their portrayal of the JL superheroes and they also held a photo op session with the fans.

Finally, Pacific Licensing Studio, unveiled the league’s life like cast figures, wherein fans, shoppers, participants and virtually everyone in the event can get their pictures taken with the six superhero statues and share the JL experience in their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts with the hashtag: #JOINTHELEAGUE

Justice League will also go around the metro starting at SM Southmall on Nov. 2-10, SM Mall of Asia on Nov. 13-19, SM Bicutan on Nov. 22-29, and SM Clark and Pampanga on Dec. 2-10.

Apart from the launch, the organizers prepared fun games for the attendees, such as Bring Me and Pop Quiz in connection with the JL movie. Winners were given loot bags containing JL merchandise and other items from the event sponsors. I, myself have gotten a loot bag as a consolation prize in participating in the Pop Quiz activity. They also held raffle draws for those who bought items in the participating booths.

Nailaholics recently celebrated the #NationalPamperingDay by treating everyone with a free pampering service in all of their branches nationwide. A thoughtful gesture from the whole Nailaholics team encouraging us to take that well-deserved break.

Aside from the quality of their service and quaint Hamptons-themed interior, that I like most is the way their staffs treat you. They are very friendly and professional. They always greeted their customers politely upon entering. And they always ask if you're feeling any pain during your chosen session.

Yesterday, before heading to work, I visited them in their Market Market branch to experience their free manicure service for the #NationalPamperingDay. I like how they worked fast (with no pain) and my nails looked so clean and polished afterwards. I was a bit in a hurry that day that I chipped my nail polish twice, but they were very kind to fix it.

Apart from the free service they're offering on that day, they are also giving support to World Vision, The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), and Save Philippine Seas for every service that they did. They asked every participants at the beginning of their treatment to which cause would they like to support. (I chose Save Philippine Seas because I want to support them in their mission to protect our marine and coastal resources.)
